Due to the fact that a significant portion of registrations are donated to chiropractic non-profit organization, Mile High has a no refund policy. If you find that you cannot attend, the options for that we recommend are:
1. We can transfer your registration for next year’s event.
2. You can sell the ticket yourself to someone else for equivalent level ticket. For example, a student ticket cannot become a DC ticket.
3. You can donate the ticket to an equivalent number of student tickets, which will make sure help a student attend the Mile High event.

“ We don't need permission to lead. ” -Dr. Richelle Knowles
On this episode of the Mile High Podcast, you'll hear a recording of Dr. Richelle Knowles' presentation from the Mile High stage, sharing a timely message about leadership, stewardship, and the future of Chiropractic.
This episode comes directly from Mile High, allowing you to experience a powerful presentation from the event wherever you are.
Dr. Richelle challenges you to look beyond titles, positions, stages, and recognition and consider a more meaningful measure of leadership:
What became better because you were willing to serve?
Chiropractic has been entrusted to each generation. Your practice, your team, your community, and the profession itself give you opportunities to lead through your choices and your service.
🎧 In this special episode, you'll hear:
Why leadership starts with stewardship
How you can lead without a title or position
Why principle matters more than convenience
How courage and compassion can exist together
What the next generation of chiropractors needs from today's leaders
Why mentorship plays such an important role in Chiropractic's future
How your everyday decisions can strengthen the profession
What it truly means to rise when Chiropractic faces a pivotal moment
One of the strongest messages from Dr. Richelle is directed toward both established doctors and students.
Students are encouraged to ask hard questions, study the philosophy and science, master the art, find mentors, learn Chiropractic history, and then make the profession even stronger. Experienced chiropractors are called to make room, mentor, open doors, and develop more leaders.
And that brings the message back to rising.
Rising means leading your practice with integrity. It means paying attention beyond your four walls. It means getting involved, mentoring, asking questions, supporting what aligns with your values, and putting your resources behind what matters to you.
