I teach Dao Yin and Qi Gong, especially as they relate to the spine with a focus on the Dragon Dao Yins which are designed to clear the spine and the associated channels. I work deeply with the Neurospinal system or the central channel/heavenly pillar as the Daoist’s refer to it.
I serve the deep mystery that emanates from there and shapes our entire existence. My work arises from a deep meeting place of the philosophy of traditional Cranial Osteopathy, the embodied practice of the Daoist Internal Arts and principled Chiropractic. I am passionate about the role these arts and strategies have to offer us as we engage a potent, complex, strange, Beautiful and rapidly changing world.
